What happens when an employee’s personal information (phone number, email address) changes?

Once an employee's profile is created and activated, the employee has the ability to add, edit, or remove any personal information on file for their DailyPay account.

If a worker would like to change their personal information, they can do so from their DailyPay account by clicking Account Settings.

The chosen email address and phone number must be a secure and personal. We strongly discourage the use of shared inboxes and phone numbers, as these chosen details will be both your login name and your avenue to reset your password.
