Paystub Report

The Paystub Report shows the monetary amount sent to the DailyPay Account (DPA) for a specific pay period, which can be compared to paystubs to prove the values are equivalent. In addition, this report shows when the user consented to having their direct deposit updated.

The report includes the following columns:

  • User ID - employee id, should match the employee id in your internal systems
  • Pay Group - shows the user's pay group if available
  • Pay Period End Date
  • Fund remitted by Partner - displays the total payments ($) the client sent to DailyPay (this is the amount we have received for the employee)
  • DPA - displays the user's DPA Account Number
  • DDU Consent Date - the date the user consented to having their Direct Deposit updated

Cash Balance Report

The Cash Balance Report shows that the amount of money remitted to the DailyPay Account (DPA) is equal to the amount of money transferred to the employee's personal bank accounts and cards (less fees paid if applicable).

  • Note: the money remitted to the DPA may not equal the amount of money transferred to the user if the user has a negative balance from the previous pay period or if the user has invalid banking information (causing funds to be temporarily withheld).

  • Transferred to User (with fees) - the total amount transferred to the user, includes any transfers prior to payday with fees included and the remaining amount transferred to the user on pay day
  • Negative Balance - If the user has a negative balance from the previous pay period, it will be displayed in this column

DDU Consent Report

The Direct Deposit Consent Report shows that all users signed terms of use (and therefore consented to direct deposit update) before using DailyPay.

  • User ID - employee id, should match the employee id in your internal systems
  • Pay Group - shows the user's pay group if available
  • Terms of Use Signed Date - the date the user signed DailyPay's Terms of User. If the user is or was active at any point, you will see a date in this column.
  • First Transfer Date - the date the employee took their first transfer. This date should always be the same date or later than the 'Terms of Use Signed Date'.
  • DailyPay Status - the user's DailyPay status
