If you are paying your employees a (un)scheduled bonus, please contact the DailyPay Partner Support team. Generally speaking, we will unfortunately be unable to pre-fund the bonus amount for your employees the day before. When the bonus amounts are received in the employees’ DailyPay accounts, they will be sent to employees immediately as Same Day ACH payments.
That being said, we still treat these on a case-by-case basis, so please let us know about any anticipated bonuses you are remitting well ahead of time. Make sure to include any relevant contextual information. More communication will avoid confusion on both your end and your employees’ end come bonus day.
