What is DailyPay Employee Support?

DailyPay Employee Support is a dedicated team of Support Agents who are on stand-by to answer any DailyPay-related question that your employees may have. From A to Z, the Employee Support team will be able to provide answers for a wide range of topics. In addition, they offer support in both English and Spanish and are accessible via Chat, Phone, and Email. Their contact details and hours are below.

If they are unable to assist and resolve your employee’s question immediately, the inquiry will be escalated internally and reviewed. When a resolution has been determined, an Employee Support Agent will follow up again until the question is resolved. Rest assured, the Employee Support Agents have the best interests of your employees at heart — they are DailyPay users themselves!
